![]() The MSR seems like a lot of (albeit good) ideas just slapped together that mesh well, but still miss the mark that it's trying to hit. Because of this, I think the Connie is actually better because of the modularity, and it "knows" its strength and weaknesses. I personally always thought the MSR should have had two levels instead of its 1 1/2, but I digress. We currently don't know the profitability of data running(or the actually use of computers in SC), the MSR has a lot of design flaws (namely only one way of ingress and egress), and the vent system seems more of a design concept than an actual feature. Next, there are a few downsides to the MSR. ![]() The main downsides to the Connie are that it is not very agile, it is slow, has an outdated design/layout, and has a few blind spots. Also, there is a chance that a data module could be added for the Connie. The main differences are the data running/scanning seat the MSR has, the smaller turret/bigger pilot guns on the Connie, and the fact the Connie can store a p52/72. I love the amount of missiles the Connie can hold and since the Connie will be able to have modules swapped eventually, the MSR and the Andy are pretty much are the same ship cargo-wise (technically the andromeda should be able to carry more than the MSR, if you swap the modules completely, 172SCU). ![]() I've summarized my thoughts and grievances below of the Connie, MSR, and the 400i. I'm considering side-grading one of them for the 400i, but I am not sure which.
